Songaro specializes in creating personalized songs based on your stories, memories, relationships, messages, and other details provided with your order.

All Songaro songs are delivered digitally. No physical product is shipped.

Please read this Delivery Policy to understand how your personalized song will be created and delivered.

1. Digital Delivery

Your personalized song is created specifically for you using the information and creative preferences provided with your order.

Once your song has been completed, it is delivered digitally via email to the email address provided during checkout or the ordering process.

No physical product will be shipped.

2. Delivery Time

Most personalized songs are delivered within approximately 30 minutes after:

  • Successful payment has been confirmed; and

  • All required personalization information has been received.

In some cases, delivery may take longer due to order volume, incomplete or unclear information, technical issues, quality review, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If additional information is required to complete your song, the delivery timeframe may begin or continue once the necessary information has been received.

In such circumstances, we generally aim to complete delivery within 24 hours after receiving all required information.

3. Delivery Method

Completed personalized songs are delivered via email.

The delivery email may contain the completed song as an audio file, download link, or another electronic format used by Songaro to provide access to your completed song.

Customers can download and save their completed song for personal use after delivery.

4. Please Check Your Email Address

Please make sure that the email address provided during checkout is accurate and accessible.

An incorrect or incomplete email address may prevent or delay delivery of your personalized song.

If you realize that you entered an incorrect email address after placing your order, please contact us at support@songaro.com as soon as possible.

Customers should also check their:

  • Primary inbox

  • Spam or junk folder

  • Promotions folder

  • Other filtered or categorized folders

5. If You Have Not Received Your Song

If you have not received your personalized song within the expected delivery timeframe:

  1. Check your email inbox.

  2. Check your Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders.

  3. Confirm that the email address provided during checkout was correct.

  4. Allow additional time if you were contacted for missing or additional personalization information.

  5. If you still cannot locate your song, contact support@songaro.com.

Our team will review your order and assist with the delivery issue.

6. Re-Delivery

If you accidentally delete your delivered song, lose the file, or are unable to access the delivered file, you may contact our support team at support@songaro.com.

We will review your request and, where appropriate, resend the completed song or provide another reasonable method of accessing it.

7. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver most personalized songs within the stated timeframe, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to:

  • High order volume

  • Missing or incomplete personalization information

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer

  • Technical issues

  • Email delivery problems

  • Quality review

  • Third-party service interruptions

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If a delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to complete and deliver your order as soon as possible.
